Outlook is reloading all past emails over and over again...

My outlook is reloading every email i have ever received over and over
again... i now have 35,000 emails in my inbox. I have no idea what to do. I
have my email through an outside service but that mailbox is fine. It is just
something in the outlook i think - maybe a virus or something? Can anyone
help?

Probably not a virus but your virus scanner itself that is acting up.
