outlook is slow with any email over 100kb

we are having trouble sending any email over 100kb, they just sit in our
outbox forever. we have broadband web access and individual outlook accounts
that are not networked...any ideas?

I import my contacts into outlook and i have two duplicated contact one of
the works properly but the other one sasy the following

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The operation cannot be performed because the
object has been deleted.
I cannot deleat this two duplicate
