I think Outlook is the weakest link in MS security, and I won't use it. I use
Outlook Express to communicate, and I want to be able to send OneNote files
as HTML with this application.

Outlook Express is *more* secure than Outlook? No offense, but I think
you're wearing your "bad idea" jeans today. Outlook 2003 (or any version
since 2000 with proper settings and patches) is a very secure product.

Anyway, to your question - you can save OneNote pages as *.MHT files and
attach then to an email in any email program, including OE.
