Outlook is too locale dependent.

e-mail comes from all the world over. Why is Outlook developed to be other language dumb? I don't understand thatr way of thinking. It just seems well dumb to me. You know like bad developement.

I know Microsoft does have locale issues in mind. For example in MSN Messenger another application that is used the world over, it can render correctly other languages. So it seems to me more of an issue of laziness, bad developement in the Microsoft Office pack.

Is there any way except waiting for 10 years for Microsoft to get their act together on this issue so that I can begin to see messages written in their native tongue instead of looking at strings of ?s? Thanks.
