Outlook is VERY slow not responding to key strokes

I just don't know what's happened? Has there been some update or something
lately? It seems that my outlook has stopped responding to my key strokes
instantly. It will still work, but maybe responds to a key click every 5 or
6 seconds - VERY frustrating.

I have NO idea what's happened, and i am a total novice so need HELP!

Which version of Outlook are you using?

Start-> Run; outlook.exe /save
