Outlook Journal Entry Error "An Internal Support Fuction Returned.

WinXP-Pro, Office Pro, Outlook 2003 SP-2 (11.8010.8036)
I have been logging journal entries for emails for over a year on this
system. The automatic journal entries for MS Office applications are still
being recorded. When I pres CTRL+J to create a journal entry for a sent
email, no journal entry is created and I receive the following error message,
"An internal support fuction returned an error". Journal entries for
received email are recorded fine.
