Outlook Junk Email Filters

Hi-

I have two users that have the Junk Mail filters turned
on, and suddenly they are having mail from legitimate
users (those in the global address list) being delivered
directly to the Deleted Items folder.

Has this happened to any one else? Do you happen to know
how to prevent it?

We have that happen when
1. Banned words are used in "legitimate" e-mail
2. Outlook user inadvertently added other user to junkmail list.

User training is the fix.
