We're running Exchange on a SBS 2003 server. We have one user on one client
whose junk email filter in Outlook 2003 does not filter much of anything.
She's getting 800 or more spams a day. The filter is turned on. We do not
use roaming profiles. If she logs onto a different client, the junk filter
does work. If someone else logs onto her box, the junk filter works for
them. The boxes are fully patched. I've tried deleting her Outlook profile
on that box and recreating it. Didn't help. I've tried fully rebuilding her
box. Didn't help. She's annoyed and I'm running out of ideas.
Any suggestions?
I'm considering saving all her files off her account and all her email into
a pst and then completely deleting her account from Active Directory, making
sure her profile was deleted from her box, and then creating a new account
for her. Might this work. I'm really open to ideas.
