Outlook Junk Mail filter

I have been trying to install the Outlook Junk Mail Filter update and it
keeps saying "the install was unsuccessful"....and I wouldn't care but the
Install shield keeps popping up that the install is required and I try to do
what's best (by Microsoft)....
What can I do? Has anyone else had this problem?
