Outlook junk mail update failed k6870765

I cannot run the update k6870765. This fails through the
office update wizard and the fullfile update. Fullfile
update error message is Error 2902. Internal error has
occurred. Ixf Assembly copy k6870765.

Anyone know why this happens?
