Outlook keeps asking for POP3 password

Every time I access my POP3 e-mail accoutn Outlook asks
for my e-mail password. I've checked the save password
block but not luck. I checked the Microsoft Knowledge Base
and found Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 290684 which
fits my problem exactly but there is no instructions for
my operating system....Windows XP. Any suggestions?
