Outlook keeps closing when using IMAP folders

I have a problem with Outlook XP when installed as part of office xp.

My company uses IMAP servers for mail and when using other mail clients such
as mozilla or seamonkey everthing works fine. However there are problems
when using it with Outlook.

When all the I am using it, it normally works fine but we also use romaing
profiles and if i log into another machine sometimes it can screw up the
account in that when i try to do a send/recieve i get a message saying
"Object could not be located" and the way i've found around it is to close
outlook and copy my mail profile to a new one and then it's back again but
this is really annoying.

Also one user i setup, when i try to open the IMAP folder listing and use it
outlook closes with an error and i simply can't use it. I have pasted the
event log details below:
