Outlook Keeps Crashing When Accessing Public Folders

Hello--

We are on a network running Windows Exchange Server 2003 Standard and
Outlook 2003. Every time I access a public folder via Outlook, my Outlook
gives me the Sorry Outlook encountered a serious problem and has to shut down
message.

What could be causing this? I am the only one in the network (that I know
of) that is having this problem. All of our users are running Outlook with
cache mode enabled.

Since Outlook can't post to newsgroups, you'll have to ask in a forum
covering the newsreader you're using.
