Outlook keeps crashing when switching between BCM & Outlook

Using MS Office 2007 and Vista with all updates (as of 1-9-08) on a
stand-alone laptop with system administrator rights…

Strange behavior has developed since loading latest updates from MS.
A reference to BCM folders results in the msg " Microsoft Office has stopped
responding", then program is shutdown and restarted. Outlook works okay in
Safe mode, and with BCM excluded.

I haven't run into this with the service pack. Does it upload the
error details to Microsoft?

It may only do that if you gave Office permission to do so durng Setup
or first use.
