I am using Outlook 2000 on a Windows Pro workstation with full admin
rights. Whenever I try to execute the Rules Wizard or any other
function that requires to software to process data other than read,
receive, create and/or send mail I get the following error message:
"AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2416 ModName: mso9.dll ModVer:
9.0.0.2720 Offset: 00242d23"
Help. What do I do; already uninstalled and re-installed Outlook 4
times and uninstalled and re-installed Office four times. I also
rebuilt my entire PC 10 times. The PC has a 1.5 Ghz Pentium processor
with a 100 gig drive partition into three dives. The RAM is 660 megs.
Help.
