Outlook keeps crashing

Over the weekend my outlook 2003 has begun to crash every time I open it. It
is happening on two separate machines, and they do not sync with each other.

I tried to fix the folder with scanpst.exe. It found errors and fixed them,
but Outlook still crashes.

my erros says AppName : outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.8000.0 AppStamp: 43599e06
ModName: msmapi32.dll ModVer: 11.0.8002.0 ModStamp : 4373069d fDebug: 0

Did you try running Detect & Repair? (Help menu) You may have to run ScanPST
more than once against the same file for it to fully repair the file.
