outlook keeps crashing

I have 2000SR-1 9.0.0.3821 and I have uninstalled and
reinstalled MS Office. All other programs work and
Outlook opens, starts to download messages
and "unexpectedly has to close" Once the crash message
appears, I can still manoever in the program in the
background but I can't get the app to stay up.
What do I do to reinstall Outlook?
