Outlook keeps "encountering a problem and needs to close"

I have windows XP tablet OS. This morning and all day i havent been able to
open outlook without the above error. It does the same thing in safe mode and
contunues to try to open with the same message. the detect and repair doesnt
do anything and the diagnostics doesnt help either.

I've run the install disc to repair Office, but still the same issue.

Any suggestions?
