Hi,
Running Vista. System did have Outllok 2007 installed but we completely removed Office 2007 and installed 2003.
Computer is connected to Exchange.
About a day after downgrading Outlook started to hang when replying and pressing send. We have to restart computer and then things are ok for a while, sometimes even a whole day. But then problem comes back. Also, Sometimes when we press Tools>Options it takes up to 15-20 seconds before the window opens. We just get the round circle that spins round.
Things we have tried:
1. Identify and repair
2. SCANPST.exe
3. NOT using Word to create mails
I do not know what else to try. Has anyone else experienced Outllok acting like this who can offer some suggestions.
