Outlook keeps rejecting my e-mail as spam, Compuserve doesn't

I use Outlook connected to Compuserve (IMAP). Also running Norton virus.
Windows XP with Toshiba laptop.
All of a sudden, when I try to send e mail with Outlook it gets rejected by
Symantec saying it might be spam and I have to go to an AOL challenge site to
do picture puzzle. This happens every time, regarding of length of message
and attachments.

When I log onto my Compuserve account direct (not using Outlook) my e-mail
goes through fine.

I can't be doing this picture puzzle every time I want to send a message.
