Outlook keeps requesting authentication

Hey guys

Anyone know why Outlook will prompt for network authentication when the user
tries to manually download the offline address book?

There are 2 domains. Domain 1 is a windows 2000 domain (also where Exchange
2000 resides) with a trust relationship to domain 2 (NT 4.0 domain) The user
is in Domain 2.
