Outlook Keeps Sending Same Email

When my wife puts an attachment to an e-mail, Outlook 2003 sends multiple
copies to the recipient. This is a recent development with her laptop. We
keep up with the latest anti-virus software and scanned the computer with
AdAware and SpyBot. Except for tracking cookies nothing out of the ordinary
was found. Is there some setting within Outlook that can prevent this
behavior?
