Outlook keeps starting in offline mode

Hi All

I have a user with OL '03. The OL profile is set to connect to the
Exchange server in cached mode (laptop pc). The profile also has the
Live Meeting MAPI connector service.

Here's the deal, even if the user is well connected to the company
network and he sets OL to work in online mode, whenever OL is restarted
it reverts back to offline mode.

Could this be due to the additional mapi connector installed in the OL
profile?
