Outlook language issue

Well i bought a Motorola mpx220 in Hong Kong (From a phone co.) and being a
smartphone, it came with a free copy of Outlook. Unfortunately it is in
chinese, which i cannot read. Do i have any options? Can i change the
language once i figure out how to install it? Will MS issue an english
replacement? Or am I totally out of luck on this one?
