Outlook Language Settings

My outlook 2002 inbox has changed to German. All the
folders are listed in german. I have checked the regional
settings in ctrl panel, reg setting, reset my user
profile, detect and repair in outlook, checked the
internet lang preferences. What am I missing. All is set
to English. Nothing seems to help. No one has answers
and this really is brain stumping... I did log on to
Outlook internet mail from a different computer and when I
came back to my main computer and logged in, my
preferences were set. Nothing seems to be able to change
and google has nothing...

PS. If this means anything, Whenever I go to Google, it
automatically comes up in german. I am in germany,
however I am using a military lan connection.

Thanks in advance
Josie
