Outlook Links

When I get a Web Link sent to me in an Outlook 2007 email and I click on it,
Outlook tells that there "are restrictions on the computer" and that I
should contact the administrator!

I AM the administrator!

It seems that Outlook is blocking the follow through of the link -
presumably for security reasons.

How can I set it so that if I click on a link that it will open the link in
a browser - (Internet Explorer).

Is it an Outlook issue or perhaps a setting in VISTA? (Home Premium)?

Thanks for any advice

I just checked - It is the default browser, as in fact, it is the only browser I have?

Still the problem persists?

Any other options that anyone can think of?

Cheers

Reregister IE as your default browser and the issue should go away.
