Outlook Live 2003 Upgrade To Outlook 2007

Trying to find out how to upgrade my 'subscription' of Outlook Live 2003 (w/
Outlook Connector) to Outlook 2007. According to the documentation provided
when the 'subscription' of Outlook Live was that one would have access to an
included upgrade path to the most current version of Outlook. Two hours of
telephone calls to MS support and fruitless MS site searching yeilds nothing.
This was a fantastic service. Where is the upgrade path and the service that
i have paid for in advance?

I've been updating another thread with this info... but have the service as
well and am on with Tech support now to ask the exact question you're asking.
The good news is that Billing Support is happy to refund any charges but the
bad news is that no one is giving a straight answer to the "What happened to
Outlook Live and our upgrade path?" So far they have confirmed that the
service is closed to new subscribers but still available to old customers...
WHY? Because they want to phase out Outlook 2003... will they upgrade
Outlook LIVE subscribers as advertised? Still trying to find that out...
been on with MANY reps so far and so far they have no clue. Amazing... still
plugging away... I will post my progress.

As amazed as I am I keep getting the same answer "As much as I want to help
you I don't know the answer and I have no idea where my manager is."

Wondering if you ever had any luck with this? I have the same issue, and was
hoping to Outlook 2007 by now, but nothing yet.

I recently upgraded to Office 2007 and it includes Outlook Connector... I
need to contact MSFT soon in order to figure out if I still need to pay for
the Live service or not...

So I presume you gave up on Microsoft's "promise" to give us the most updated
version of the software and purchased Outlook 2007?

Let me know what you find out about the Live Service. Thanks.

I received an email message a few days ago that I would soon receive Outlook
2007 in the mail as part of my Outlook Live subscription. Too bad nobody at
Microsoft was helpful or knowledgeable, but at least it looks like they are
coming through on their subscription.
