Outlook Live installation & configuration

Can someone help me with a new installation of outlook live? I installed it,
then when I go to run it, it asks for another set up again, then fails. I'd
also like to know how to make it use multiple (3) hotmail addresses like it
advertised. I'm not a tech person so it's hard for me to figure out myself.

Call ms for toll free support for set up
Msn does not support the outlook live set up or the msn connector set up
