Outlook Live Meeting Plug-In not visible in Menu Bar

Today I upgraded to Live Meeting 2007 and then upgraded the Live Meeting
Plugin for Outlook 2007, but when I open Outlook now, there are no "Meet Now"
or "Schedule a Live Meeting" buttons on the tool bar. I can still join a
Live Meeting from my calendar (Transport working fine), but the Add-In does
not show up in any of the menus. I have rebooted, deinstalled/reinstalled.
Don't know what I am missing! Thanks for any help.
