Outlook lockup

I currently have the latest technical refresh for Office 2007. There is an
odd problem I have encountered and wonder if others have as well. If I am
composing and email and an email comes in, Outlook locks up. I have to turn
off auto message checking in order to compose email messages.

Has anyone else had this problem?

First place to start is to uncheck your add-ins one by one until you find the cuprit, which is usually an add-in that has not been optimized for Outlook 2007.
