Outlook logging (opmlog.log) got nothing.

For troubleshooting I enabled logging. But checking opmlog.log it has only
following:

2008.11.17 11:01:35 <<<< Logging Started (level is LTF_TRACE) >>>>
2008.11.17 11:01:35 Resource manager terminated

Why is that? Does that mean the logging is not enabled after all? How to
result it?
