I have domain of 2 servers. File server is DC and Mail server is non DC. All
the clients have outlook 2003 setup as exchange client and work fine. Every
now and then on a random client outlook will start asking for user
credentials and will not accept the right login. While this is happening,
user is able to access resources at File server, ping mail server by name &
IP. Everything would work but outlook. I also noticed Application Event ID
1053 Source is Userenv (RPC server is unavailable) while problem exists.
This problem disappears by itself or sometimes, I resolved it by logging on
to another computer (with same user ID) and then back to his/her computer.
