Outlook loses Internet calendars

[FFPF]

I added a few calendar iCal links from Google Calendar and various other
sources to Outlook. They appear in the Outlook Calendar section but if I go
to the Internet Calendars mail folder or edit the calendar links in Account
Settings... they start to randomly disappear until eventually they are all
gone.
