Outlook loses my Category View settings - why?

By Category is one of Outlook's predefined views. It groups items by
Category. I use it to view my tasks around projects, where a project is
a category (roughly).

The problem this View is constantly "corrupted". It loses the "Group
by" setting. Each time I use it, I have to edit the View and set Group
By to "Category.

Same thing happens if I create my own view.

I use Exchange Server. I don' t think this happens in a non-Exchange
environment.

Is this a well known bug? Any workarounds?

Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]

You failed to specify your Outlook version. Sounds like expected behavior
for Outlook 2003. Is that what you're using?
