Outlook losing Exchange Profile

I have a user that every time they log in to Win2000 and
loads Outlook 2000 the exchange server and mailbox name in
Outlook need to entered again.

I tried deleting the profiles and starting again but this
didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

You may need to give the client the ability to write
information to some locked down folders. W2K is
very restrictive by default. Outlook also needs the ability to
modify the registry for a few settings to initialize.

OFF2000: Error Messages Starting Office Program,
or Program Immediately Quits on Windows XP,
Windows NT 4.0, or Windows 2000
