Outlook lost account settings when logging out and back in

Terminal Server environment
when a users logs out and back in she loses her outlook account settings
everytime.
I don't have this problem with any other users. I have a feeling this has
to be a profile issue but can't think of a good way of approaching the
problem to find a solution.

Create a new mail profile.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Juster asked:
