Has anyone noticed ant "discoloration" in Outlook mail
icons after upgrade/installation? After a recent upgrade
a number of machines had pinkish icons in the new mail
column. Thanks.

Upgraded from what to what version? Have you cleared the icons cache? There
is an XP-powertool for this.

We are running W2K and the upgrade was related to "bug"
fixes. What is the name\location of the XP-Powertool?

Are the icons also pink when you log on as a different user?

Have you tried a Detect and Repair already on that machine. You might need
to reapply the servicepacks and hotfixes then. Are we talking about Outlook
2002?
