Outlook mail not working

I tried to send a mpg to several people, which didn't work and now nothing is
working. The send/receive status seems to be hung up. How can I undo this?
I've already tried to 'cancel all' in the dialog box.

Is there a message stuck in the Outbox? What version of Outlook?
