outlook mail on new computer

easy enough, get into outlook on your old computer,
select "file" "export". depending on which version of
outlook you are using, you will either wanna export to a
file ".pst" or export your messages and address book as
comma seperated files..

burn or copy tho files somewhere, and then import them to
your new computer, remember the format in which you
exported them so that you can select the same for the
import.
