I currently have some users that use a Shared mail box with office outlook 2016 with the office 365 exchange and have a couple questions.
1) Right now 3 of the users have their own mail but all so share one mail box that they all can answer to.
Can that mail box since NOT a true mailbox use rules to direct mail?
2) If I convert that Shared mail box to a True email will the others still be able to Share in it?
3) are there any advantages to sharing the mail box -vs- running a true email ?
4) Would I be better off leaving the shared mail box and just make sure its properly backed up
5) If I can create shared rules on the Shared mailbox will those rules transfer to each user with access to the mailbox?
