Outlook - MAP132.dll corrupted

I upgraded to XP and when Outlook tries to configure itself
for XP it gives me this error..CANNOT START MICROSOFT
OUTLOOK. MAPI32.DLL IS CORRUPT OR THE WRONG VERSION. THIS
COULD HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY INSTALLING OTHER MESSAGING
SOFTWARE. PLEASE REINSTALL OUTLOOK.

When I try to reintall I get the following message ERROR
APPLYING TRANSFORMS. VERIFY THAT THE SPECIFIED TRANSFORM
PATHS ARE VALID. How do I check that??

I also tried removing it so I could start fresh and I get
the same error ERROR APPLYING TRANSFORMS. VERIFY THAT THE
SPECIFIED TRANSFORM PATHS ARE VALID. Please help!

Are you reinstalling from the original CD? Also, is your install a standard
or custom one?
