Outlook MAPI unable to load

I had posted the following question and received the attached answer. This
didn't fix my problem. Any other suggestions.

Go to C:\Windows\System32 and double click on Fixmapi.exe after that you
might see just a screen flashing it wont give any message or any thing after
that reboot the computer and try again.

You cannot export OE msg store unless Outlook has been configured

I have the Outlook configured. I am just having trouble with the Mapi

I have the Outlook configured. I am just having trouble with the Mapi

Then you don't have it configured correctly enough for Outlook Express to be
able to "speak" to it. You give zero details on how it is configured. It's
just too hard to guess what might be wrong and the crystal ball is dark today.
