Outlook Meeting Request

I have a form that contains date and time information, and I would like to
add a button that when clicked automatically generates an Outlook Meeting
Request based on this data.

It would be ideal for me if the soultion does not require code (as I know
nothing about it) but I am guessing that code will probably be necessary.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
