I would like Outlook to do 3 things with meeting requests. 1) On the RSVP
summary line where it says "5 accepted, 2 tentatively accepted, and 3
declined," I would like it to show the number of people invited. I work with
large (25-250 pp) meetings using Outlook, and sometimes I don't know how many
people were even invited. I know how to find out using Word, but it's still a
pain. 2) I would also like an option to automatically flag meetings if a
Required Attendee declines or fails to respond by <date>. I would love for a
meeting in my boss' calendar to turn red or striped or something obvious when
one of the invitees says nothing or says no. 3) In the calendar view (daily,
weekly with autopreview), it would help if the timeblock could be set not to
show the first few lines of the meeting description, but instead the first
names on the distribution list.
