Often, people accept my meeting requests, but include comments like; "will be
on-site at the time, so call me on my mobile" or "will be 10 minutes late".
Days later when setting up the telephone conference, I don't always recall
who should be called on what number or in which order and get frustrated that
they are not in the office despite accepting the meeting request. The best
new feature in Outlook 2003 is that you can right-click on the contact in the
Tracking tab of the appointment and get the telephone numbers without having
move away from the meeting window, but I would also have liked some space in
the Tracking tab to add notes to each invited person based on their response.
