Have an issue with Outlook Meeting Requests - when a user reschedules a calendar meeting it usually works, but recently users are stating that one of the following often occurs.
1) When the recipient accepts the rescheduled meeting, the new event is scheduled but the old meeting may or may not go away.
2) When the recipient accepts the rescheduled meeting, Outlook sends two messages 1) a cancelation message, and 2) a new message for the new event time.
The concern here is someone may miss a meeting.
Any suggestions or Outlook switches that I should run?
Thanks
