Outlook, meetings

Hi !

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

Senario:
Exchange 2003, outlook 2003
3 mailboxes/calenders, all shared and set to automatically
accept new meeting requests and to deny them when there is
a conflict

1 resource´s eg. a conference room..

problem:
user 2 is on vacation and doesnt have his computer turned
on...

if user 1 books a meeting with user 2 at a specific date,
lets say on christmas day 10:am he also books the conf
room.

Then user 3 also books a meeting with user 2 at the same
time, but without the conf room. then he can book user 2
without problems, but this is not a good thing cause then
user 2 has to be on 2 meetings at the same time ? what we
want is that if someone has invited you too a meeting then
it should be impossible to book you on another meeting
same time.
