Outlook Meetings

I'm conducting a training session on several different days, and would like
to send a meeting request that would allow people to choose the date that
fits their schedule, and that would automatically put them on the calendar
for the date that they choose. Is this possible in outlook? I know it can be
done in Lotus Notes, just wondering if it can be done in Outlook. Thanks

Bill,
Im trying to get them to choose from a set of scheduled training times,
instead of just proposing a time that would be convienent for them. Once they
select one of the scheduled training sessions then it would be updated on my
calendar as well as theirs.

you might need to send multiple invites and choose based on the reponses.

I had thought of that, but that is a rather clumsy way to achive the goal.
It was so easy in Notes.
