Outlook meetings

Every time I open outlook on 2 of my users machines I get a meeting in the
deleted items folder. The meeting has no subject and is always 30 minutes in
duration. We are using exchange. Also the meeting does not show up anywhere
on the calendar. We can remove the meeting permanently from the deleted items
folder and reopen outlook and it magically reappears with a different time.
Any help would be appreciated.
