Outlook memory error: 0x3ff6343a

I keep having an error message pop up that states the
following:

Instruction at 0x3ff6343a referenced memory at 0x00000000.
The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug.

Both options end with having to close out the program.
I've looked for updates, I've used my original CDs
to "repair" the problem, rebooted, etc. and nothing seems
to work.

Any helpful suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks.
